Will the freelancer be committed to my business’s NDA?

​In accordance with FLOWS Terms of Services, freelancers are obligated to keep the confidentiality and privacy of their customers. In addition, you can send a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to any Freelancer you work with by using our legal document management service, where you can upload any document and get an e-signature.

How does FLOWS maintain and ensure the delivery of high-quality work from freelancers?

FLOWS  freelancers have been individually vetted by our in-house evaluation team for their skills and the services they provide to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

 

We also have internal mechanisms for vetting high-quality freelancers, such as skill assessments, quality level checks, mandatory English proficiency exams, and strict rules on timely order completion.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

FLOWS is always here to make sure you find what you need and are satisfied with the results. If you're unsatisfied with your order, you can open a dispute and explain your problem in the Resolution Center, which can be accessed on the order page.
